Offshore Turbine

This is not a new idea & indeed parts of my ideas I have just heard are about to be implemented into existing turbines

However unlike traditional turbines my offshore rig would be based on a savonis rotor which in turn would hopefully weather storms, etc better & be subject to less maintenance issues

Also incorporated into this offshore platform would be a focused sunlight water boiler.
Water evaporated would be allowed to condense & drain to the base of the rig.
At this point the water would be split into hydrogen and oxygen.
the hydrogen would make it's way along the ocean floor enclosed in a pipe up to an onshore location where it could be utilised for whatever purpose.

the oxygen would be allowed to bubble back into the ocean.
Incorporated into the platform would be both a wave & current turbines
The Wave turbine would basically be a float with embedded magnet that induces a current in a coil as it rises & falls with the water
The current turbine would just be a propellor that spins with the current inducing a current via a traditional type of alternator.
